Work Conditioning & Occupational Rehabilitation Programs

The Occupational Rehabilitation Program is designed to help individuals recover from work-related injuries or illness and return to their job safely.  The program includes an initial assessment, customized treatment plan, work simulation activities, education and return to work support or graduated return to work planning.

WorkSafeBC sponsored Customized Recovery and Return to Work Program

The Customized Recovery and Return to Work Program includes physical therapists and kinesiologists, with optional supplemental services offered by physicians, counsellors, and/or occupational therapists. The program develops an individualized treatment plan to address the specific needs of each worker and focuses on integrating in-clinic rehabilitation with early return to work opportunities for workers when it is safe and suitable to do so.

Job Site Visits & Physical Demands Analysis

Job Site Visits and Physical Demands Analysis is a systematic process used to evaluate and document the physical and environmental demands of a job. Typically involves identification of job functionals, quantification of physical job demands and documents environmental factors.

Functional Capacity Evaluations

A Functional Capacity Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment used to determine an individual's ability to perform work-related tasks and activities. The evaluation typically involves assessment of a workers physical abilities using work simulation activities and an evaluation of functional limitations. The evaluation includes a report with recommendations.

Pre-Employment Screening

We provide Pre-Employment Screening, Drug and Alcohol Testing, Pre-Employment Physicals, and Audiometric Screening through Sure Hire, ensuring that workplaces are both safe and compliant.
