David Lowe, MCSP

David trained as a Physiotherapist at the Pinderfields School of Physiotherapy in Leeds, UK. He immigrated to Canada in 1980 and started working at the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre in Vancouver BC. In 1987 he began working at the Workers Compensation Board as a Physiotherapist and eventually became manager of the Physiotherapy Department, and soon after became an interdisciplinary program manager for the hand and amputee units.

In 1994 David moved his family north and founded the Dawson Creek Physiotherapy Clinic to fill a void in private practice services in the Peace River Region.  He has served the community of Dawson Creek and surrounding area for 21 years working exclusively in private practice. He specializes in the treatment of various Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal injuries and he has grown the clinic to include a staff of 3 full time therapists. In 1996 he developed and implemented the clinic's Occupational Rehabilitation programs, which consistently rank in the top 5 of the WorkSafe BC provider network in terms of durable return to work and client satisfaction.

David and his wife, Kathy, have a family of five children and six grandchildren. He enjoys traveling and coaching his youngest son Gabriel's soccer team.

Gareth earned his BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Manchester in 2003. A native of Dawson Creek, he returned to his hometown to begin his physiotherapy career at the Dawson Creek Physiotherapy Clinic, working alongside his father. With a focus on orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries, Gareth also completed the Matheson and Associates Functional Capacity Residency program, where he specializes in conducting functional capacity evaluations (FCE) at the clinic.

Gareth is passionate about industrial rehabilitation and leads the clinic's Occupational Rehabilitation Programs, including performing pre-employment evaluations and SureHire occupational testing. In addition, he has served as an examiner for the Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulators' Competency Exam.

Outside of work, Gareth enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, and skiing with his wife, Dianne.

Scott completed his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia after obtaining his Bachelor of Science with a double major in Physical and Biological Sciences. Having worked in a variety of clinical settings, Scott's enthusiasm and passion for client care allows him to provide unparalleled treatment with a relaxed atmosphere.

Scott assesses his patients as a whole, identifying abnormal movement patterns along the kinetic chain and extrinsic factors that may be contributing to an injury. His treatment approach combines manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, therapeutic modalities and exercise prescription to assist his patients in reaching their goals. He values fitness and motivates his patients to incorporate meaningful activity into their daily routines to prevent future injury.

When not at work, Scott enjoys skiing, playing tennis, cycling, and travelling abroad.

Maninder aka Manni is dedicated passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health and wellness. Graduating in 2017 from BFUHS Punjab, India, he gained valuable experience through his internship at Adesh Multispecialist Hospital and subsequent role at IVY Hospital Bathinda, Punjab. After moving to Canada in December 2019, he pursued his dream of practicing physiotherapy and became a registered PT in January 2023. Since then, he's been serving the community with dedication and compassion, providing personalized care and empowering his patients to take control of their health, particularly those with orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries. He utilizes evidence-based techniques, including electrotherapy and manual therapy, to promote recovery and improve function. In addition to his clinical practice, he's certified as a SureHire Drug and Alcohol Tester, and he also conducts Fitness to Work testing and pre-employment evaluations for SureHire. When he's not working, you can find him hiking or spending quality time with his energetic 3-year-old daughter, who loves playing with him just as much as he loves playing with her! He's passionate about working with people and contributing to his community."
